Quest Food Exchange collaborates with Community Resource programs to ensure that individuals and families can have a dignified shopping experience full of healthy and affordable options on a budget. Find our four food programs and how they can work for you. Learn more about Quest Food Exchange’s Food ProgramDuring this Covid-19 pandemic, if your client card has expired or is due to expire, Quest will honour all cards for one additional year beyond the current expiry date. There is no need to go into one of our markets to have your card renewed at this time.


For individuals to become a client at Quest Food Exchange and access our not-for-profit markets:

  1. They must be either low-income, have a disability or be on old-age pension.
  2. Contact their local Community Resource program.
  3. Have the Community Resource program complete and remit a Client Referral Form. If you are unable to complete the form online, please email for further instructions.
